The talk was delivered at UCLA on January 31, 2010 and was hosted by LOGIC, the UCLA Objectivist club.

In Citizens United, the Supreme Court held that corporations can spend unlimited amounts of money on speech during elections. Critics view Citizens United as a striking example of judicial activism that will unleash a flood of corporate money in elections. Defenders view it as a ringing endorsement of First Amendment rights. All agree that it will have a significant impact on campaign finance laws. In this video, recorded March 16, 2010, a panel of experts including Steve Simpson, Eric Daniels, Tara Malloy and Doug Kendall hold a vigorous discussion and debate about this important ruling.
